We launch 15-20 coffee shops a year and are actively looking for locations in our cities and new regions. If you own or manage a suitable space, please let us know. A dedicated manager will respond within 5 business days.

Priorities

What we
value
in a location

Visibility and facade
The location must be prominent, visible from the street, corner, or main corridor of the shopping center. Backyards and sunken plinths are not suitable.
Traffic quality
We're counting not "how many," but "who." Residents of premium residential complexes, business center employees, and visitors to nearby major anchors.
Neighborhood
Good neighbors create a reason to stop by. Grocery, sports, education, and household services.
District outlook
A growing residential complex or a new business cluster is a priority over an oversaturated area.
Owner longevity
The contract is for 5 years and the owner needs to have the same plans for the property itself, with no prospect of a quick resale.

From an offer
to the contract

A clear process with defined deadlines. You receive feedback at every step —even if we say "no," we explain why. No delays or unanswered emails.

Your offer
Fill out the form with your address, area, and links to photos. The development manager receives your application on the same day it's submitted.
Primary analysis
We study the location, traffic, format, and competitive environment. We decide whether to go and see it.
Technical inspection
The development team and engineer inspect the site. We check utilities, power, and measure the geometry.
Commercial offer
We prepare the offer. Rate, indexation, term, and repair terms. We coordinate amendments in one place.
Contract and start
We sign the lease and hand over the location to the project team. The coffee shop opens in 3-5 months.

Tell us about the location

The more detailed you are, the faster we'll make a decision. The bare minimum we need is: city, address, square footage, and a couple of photos.

What to attach
Links to technical passport or plan, photos of the facade and interior, cadastral data.
What is important to mention
Floor, ceiling height, power, presence of water and drainage, type of property (ownership, sublease, new building).
Response time
Up to 5 business days. If we don't need the location right now, we'll still respond and leave the contact information in our database.
