CBRB is a format where we show our guests the process. The roastery and bakery operate in the same room. A culture of transparency means you can see the process of what ends up in your cup.

The beans are roasted in front of you. You smell the aroma of fresh bread and pastries. You sample rare varieties from different countries — Oriental coffee, iced coffee, and different brewing methods. You choose your freshly roasted coffee to go. An immersive experience from bean to cup, where every step is visible.
