Coffee Boom operates two coffee shop formats and three in-house production facilities. We're looking for people everywhere: behind the counter, in the kitchen, and at the roaster.
Who is required
Barista
The heart of the coffee shop. You prepare drinks, interact with guests, and maintain the atmosphere. In the CBRB format, this also includes working with alternative and drip coffee.
Roastmaster
The Roasters & Bakery format features decentralized roasting right in the room. Green beans from three countries, a professional roaster, and freshness right before your eyes.
Confectioner
The Sweet Lab produces over 60 handmade desserts, from cakes and pastries to signature chocolates. No purchased semi-finished products, all made in-house.
Baker
Open kitchens in the coffee shops and baked goods in the Food Factory. Bread and croissants are made in front of guests, daily and from scratch.
Cook
The Food Factory and coffee shop kitchen. We prepare meat, fish, preserves, and seasonal menus using unified recipes.
Office and support
Marketing, IT, finance, procurement, HR. The team that helps 130+ coffee shops run like clockwork, from our central office in Astana.
