Categories

What do we buy

If your product or service falls into one of the categories below, please feel free to submit a request. If your category isn't listed but you're confident your proposal is a good fit, please submit a request as well. We review non-core requests quarterly.

Coffee and coffee beans
Green grain from importers and trading houses, specialty lots, and single-variety varieties. Declarations of origin and consistent quality are required.
Dairy products
Milk, cream, cheeses, and cottage cheese. Alternative milks: oat, almond, coconut. Volumes are large, supplies need to be regular.
Grocery and confectionery
Flour, chocolate, cocoa, nuts, dried fruit, spices. Raw ingredients for our Sweets Lab and Food Factory.
Fresh products
Farm-raised meat and fish, vegetables and fruits, herbs. Local suppliers are a priority —short-term availability and a fresh menu is required.
Packaging
Cups, lids, spoons, bags, cake boxes, and delivery boxes. Branded and eco-friendly packaging are available for separate tenders.
Logistics
Delivery services to ship between warehouses, factories, and coffee shops. Refrigeration and regular logistics, intercity shipping, express delivery.
Things which are important

Not cheaper, but more stable

"We don't compare suppliers by price. We compare them by how they perform on their third month of work — when the initial excitement has worn off and the season is in full swing."
— Coffee Boom purchasing team
Upr choise is not based just on the lowest price. A group of 130+ coffee shops operates on a daily basis, and a single supplier's failure is worth more than the interest savings. Therefore, we look at whether our partners can handle the load— both theoretically and practically.
01
Certification and declarations
We request declarations of conformity, quality certificates, and documents of origin and storage immediately. Without these, we cannot place the goods on our display cases.
02
Supply stability
A regular schedule, clear timing, and a clear Plan B in case of any problems. "Not in stock right now, we'll deliver in two weeks" isn't our style.
03
Transparent pricing
A fair price list, generous discounts with clear tiers, and pre-defined indexation. We're open to price discussions — but not to surprises.
04
EDI и работа в системе
Электронный документооборот, готовность интегрироваться с нашей учётной системой, выгрузка остатков и накладных в нужном формате.
05
Readiness for audit
Before signing a contract, we visit the production facility or warehouse. This is not just words — it's part of the guarantee for our guests.
