About us

The first Coffee Boom was opened at a gas station
in Astana
in 2010

The first Coffee Boom opened at a gas station in Astana in 2010. Small, but warm. The idea was simple: create a place where everyone would feel at home. It wasn't a company with a business plan, but an honest desire to make good coffee in a good place.

It worked. People started coming not just for the coffee – they were drawn to the atmosphere. The very atmosphere where everyone felt cared for and cared for. From that small coffee shop at a gas station, an international chain has grown. But the main thing hasn't changed: every guest matters.

A gas station in Astana. Small, warm, and full of character. Inspired by the coziness of British coffee shops.

2016

Astana fell in love with Coffee Boom. Dosens of regulars who came for more than just coffee.

ASTANA Expo — a breakthrough

2017

Participation in Astana Expo took the brand to new heights. Our name became known far beyond Kazakhstan.

The first restaurant group to open its doors in the southern capital. New market, same approach to guests.

Beans from Brazil, Ethiopia, and Colombia. In the Roasters & Bakery format, roasting takes place right in the room on a professional electric roaster — guests can observe the entire process, from green beans to the finished product. It's not a show, it's honesty.

Everything you eat at Coffee Boom starts here. Meat and fish, bread and pastries, and hot dish prep — our own kitchen prepares everything for the entire company. We source only trusted local suppliers, invent our own recipes, and update our menu seasonally. We're open 24/7 to ensure fresh food arrives in every coffee shop every morning.

Desserts that people come to us specifically for. Cakes, pastries, cheesecakes, and seasonal sweets—we make everything ourselves, by hand, using our own recipes. No store-bought semi-finished products. Our team of pastry chefs is constantly inventing new creations — some have been with us for years — classics you'll recognize. And then there are seasonal ones — so every visit is a little different.
