Each CBRB is a separate project

Each CBRB is created for a specific city and is unique. Each CBRB has its own color, theme, and set of art objects. It's an open coffee factory, where guests can see the process and experience the city through its space.

Roasters & Bakery
Format philosophy

Open ecosystem:
coffee, food and art

CBRB combines a coffee shop, coffee roasters, an open kitchen, and technology in a single space. Guests see not only the result, but also the journey.

Here, the processes aren't hidden behind the scene. You can observe the roasting and brewing process, learn about the origins of the lots, ask the baristas questions, and try different brewing methods. Our technology isn't just for show. It makes the experience deeper and more understandable.

Each project's interior begins with the city. Its history, industrial imagery, crafts, light, color, and national motifs are combined into a unique visual code. Therefore, CBRB Astana, Kostanay, Almaty, and Karaganda are very different. They are different chapters of the same idea.

Different cities,
one open ecosystem

The equipment may differ, but the logic remains the same: functional processes are not hidden, but become part of the space and the guest's route.

CBRB code

The concept of each project is born from collaboration. Coffee Boom defines the format and the guest experience.

Weroast Unique Design transforms technological equipment into part of the architecture.

The art studio adds local imagery, ornamentation, and handcrafted elements.

The result is a space devoid of random decor. Color, engraving, light, materials, and art objects tell a single story and exist only in this city.
